Bob Goldthwait rules it in his directorial debut with Shakes - another move filmed guerilla style. That first scene - with the kids playing in the sprinklers - those are his kids playing in some random sprinklers that they were driving by.
Kinda like, "hey kids - get out of the car. We've got a nice front yard as a backdrop." Again, most people will not understand the humor in this epic comedy. They should stick to movies like "Fools Gold" or some other lame mainstream movie.
