Romeo Dallaire gives me hope for the human race. This is a beautiful documentary based on Romeo's experiences before and during the Rwandan Genocide. This movie is a must-see for any Canadian, World Observer, or opponent of the racism that still justifies the slow hand of the UN & the world.
A wonderful case study on failure and one of the few remaining good things in the middle of it, Dallaire himself.
