The netflix description makes it seem like this is a movie about a killer clown. It is and it isn't. It's an anthology and one of stories is about a clown. It's pretty good too. Overall, this is a decent horror anthology movie.
Not the best I've seen, but worth your time if you're a fan of the genre.
