Review of Saving Flora (2019) by Filmbuff4Evs — 01 Jul 2019
A touching story about a young girl who becomes bonded to an aging elephant (Flora) and the adventure they undertake together to try and save the elephant from inhuman treatment and certain death. These are the kinds of lessons in love and humanity we need to be teaching our children if we want to save the environment before it's too late.
As a vegan and an animal rights proponent, I am glad these messages are being spread and I hope everyone takes the time to sit down with their kids and watch this movie, then discuss the lessons the film illustrates.
A great story and a wonderful cast, especially the elephant who plays Flora and the young girl who attempts to rescue her.
