Review of Romeo and Juliet (1978) by Private U — 08 Sep 2007
Only watched a bit of this, but what I saw set me in stitches. I am sure I couldn't stand to watch the entire thing, but Alan Rickman in tights with a Beatle's haircut made me laugh like no other.
His codpiece seemed oddly larger than everyone elses around him ... strange. But John Gielgud's voice for the beginning bit could make a baby coo.
