First of all, I loved the show. But the movie is a fail. They basically recycled a ton of material from the show and made it unfunny. They seemed to have dismissed the actual events in the series' four seasons in favor of starting over from the beginning without really putting any originality into it. I think they just dusted off a few old scripts and plopped scenes from them into the movie.
Very disappointing. Still, I recommend the show. It has a great ensemble cast and is actually funny!
