The story is about how relentless abuses and ignorance is fertile terrain for more abuse and ignorance while creating a drive for a mafia style mob enterprise. This is how the mafia started probably in sicily.
Well, it is not brilliance for sure. Stupid mafia and stupid police go so well together. Well made film with stunted characters and/or probably psychopathic. A bit hypnotic.
