Review of Rhinoceros Eyes (2004) by Jessica P — 16 Nov 2007
Rhinoceros eyes is for those into the surreal, trippy and just plain weird. To the chagrin or benefit of a prop-house owner, ultra shy Chep showed up and moved in. He has a knack for finding things and in this coming of age story he falls for a woman who comes in looking for rhinoceros eyes for a movie.
That is about as normal as it gets. Chep is just a wee bit delusional. The Prop-house is a real prop-house located in Toronto. Aaron Woodley who wrote and directed the film is the son of Denise Cronenberg, sister of who else - David Cronenberg.
Let's just say with this film that it runs in the family.
