The movie that Wood shot, but didn't have the money to process the cut negative, so it sat in a processing studio for years. Should it have stayed there? For a film made following "Plan 9" you'd expect some experience to improve, but believe me, this is no "Plan 9".
It's embarassingly bad, even by Wood standards. I'd even put this as his worst film excluding the pornos, which I can't comment on...
