Review of Restoration (1995) by Debbie M — 18 May 2010
I liked this film the best when Robert has lost favor with the King and has to make his way in a cruel world. The scenes in the second half are incredibly moving. Sam Neill is excellent as King Charles II, and Sir Ian McKellen and David Thewlis are also stand-outs.
And of course Robert just nails the accent!
