A very inventive debut. This vibrant, clever.
Norwegian riff on 'Jules & Jim' 'Run, Lola, Run'.
And 'Diner' is brash, amusing, self-aware, yet.
Also bittersweet. It pulled me right back into.
Grad school (I'm a Modern Thought & Lit ABD), which were in hindsight the formative years in shaping my adult identity. We all start out thinking we're gonna be famous...This film honors those aspirations, in all their pretentious glory.
