"plenty of bang for your buck in the gore department" Maybe if you payed nothing (There's hardly any gore by zombie standards, though it is heavy by unrequited love standards) Weinberg said it best; "Takes the zombie apocalypse and uses it as a backdrop for a story about love, loss, loyalty and betrayal.
" The movie never states that the infection leaves Germany. Not a bad way to spend an hour for zombie fans.
