Review of Queen Kong (1976) by Vincent P — 15 Sep 2011
CULT MOVIE MONTH.
REVIEW #:022.
QUEEN KONG [1976]: this 1976 spoof of the legendry monster film with much underlying messages for its time about the role of women in society is monstrosity of cheesiness. Complete with tacky musical numbers, alright performances, and one weird gag were man-in-distress Ray Fay (get it?) steals a poster of the original 1933 KING KONG isn't meant to be taken too seriously which is why it gets a solid 60% from me.
