Review of Punk: Attitude (2005) by Louis F — 08 Feb 2008
A really thorough and solid documentary on punk music.
Unfortunately the film mentions not only Green Day, Sum41 and Blink 182 but fails to mention Bad Religion or NOFX.
You lose points for that Don Letts, what the fuck?
Other than that, interesting, insightful interviews with the people who were there, although nowadays people who were part of the original punk rock movement/scene are just as annoying as people who were part of the 60s hippie scene when idolizing the "ol' days" and condemning the kids of today for not getting it together.
I guess everyone grows up to be who they hate.
