More of a thriller than a horror movie, Playdate is a rather ho-hum movie that keeps you wondering which of the neighbors is evil: the little boy, the teenage son, the single mother, or the seemingly crazy estranged father.
The answers are all too obvious, and there is not enough creepiness or suspense along the way.
