I wasnt disturbed at all but I will say the day it got to my house I sat down and watched the whole movie in my opion I dont see how it could be 4 hours other than the fact that andrey added too many unessasary and random photo shots I will say thought I defanately liked this one the best out of all andreys films if you buy visions of suffering you will be board out of your mind it isnt even a film its kinda like one of those color scope things with random deaths I mean it has a story but most of it is just weird effect I give visions of suffering a 3 and philosophy of a knife a 5 it was grusome if you have a weak stomach dont watch:).
