Review of Persepolis (2007) by Dan K — 08 Jul 2009
A Visual style unlike anything I've ever seen before. The story grabs you and drags you in right from the begining even if you are a stupid white American (like me!) who knows nothing about the Iranian revolutions and history you may be suprised at how much you find in common with the characters and their everyday struggles.
5 Stars because I'd like to see more films like this but unfortunately there is NOTHING else like this.
