This wasn't the worst film ever, but it wasn't anywhere near the best either. It is kind of disappointing that most of the footage is the hand held so you actually miss some of what would happen in front of all the other cameras placed around the house.

Much of the film gives you a "what the hell is even happening" or "why are they all sleeping alone" feeling. The story at the beginning of the movie (both mom and sister are killed by the entity) is different than what happens at the end.
