Review of Not Fade Away (2012) by Fritz B — 10 Nov 2012
The Soprano's David Chase takes to the big screen with what I assume is an autobiographical tale of some NJ teens who, inspired by the Beatles & the Stones, start a band in the 60's. Lots of great scenes but somehow doesn't all quite come together although it does have an very weird ending (just like the Soprano's).
Tons of terrific archival footage and an outstanding soundtrack!
