Review of Nostalgia (1983) by Tim H — 17 Mar 2009
This is the kind of film which sucks you into its story through its visuals. Brilliantly shot and VERY Tarkovskian. The suicide scene is so great. Although, the story suffers, I had trouble following the film, usually I can dychypher Tarkovsky but this one seemed a little too all over the place with its narrative and sympathies.
