Review of No Safe Haven (1987) by Senor C — 11 Jan 2012
Once again Wings Hauser isn't really given a project that is up to his level of talent but for what it is No Safe Haven isn't bad. Hauser's brother is to throw a football game but decides to down a bottle of Jack Daniels & break his arm instead.
Those who have 3 million dollars on the game don't take kindly to to that shit & send Branscombe Richmond (who is delicious in this) & his goons to do him in as well as mama & his other brother.
Pissed off Hauser is out for revenge, gets some artillery from Robert Tessier & is out to kill every mother fucker in sight. I actually probably made that formulaic story sound better then it is but there is only a few highlight moments & all in all it's pretty forgettable.
Fine for laying on your couch & drinking a cold one if you have nothing better to do.
