This movie is not scary, you pussies. In fact it evokes no emotions of anykind because it is so poorly mixed. It's like a grade school art project, semi-chaotic and ineffective. The assholes who made it clearly didn't know much about Richard Ramirez, or how to properly blend in stock sound effects and montages.
I enjoyed Richard's hallucinations, though they were poorly blended. Too many god damn static noises and scene cuts.
