Review of New York, New York (1977) by Clayton W — 13 Feb 2008
Kander and Ebb! And Liza! I love you Liza! Fantastic musical numbers all performed by Liza with her signature intensity, bravery, and soulfulness. The production design is grand and gorgeous. Robert De Niro's insecure jazz saxophonist, however, is frightening.
