Review of My Flesh and Blood (2003) by Richard C — 16 Jan 2010
Emotionally manipulative snuff film. I'm indifferent to these sort of documentaries. On one side, there's the fact that it isn't boring based on its atypical content; on the other, it's moralistic on a small familial scale, arguing some things about nature that I won't address because people will ignorantly point me out as a heartless SOB.
Sort of sensationalist if you ponder how the filmmakers found out about the nonconsanguineous family. And it's difficult to watch people writhe in physical and mental agony. Damn breeders, quit your uneducated and irrational copulation!
