Review of Mughal-e-Azam (1960) by Krishna S — 04 Sep 2007
The grandest movie ever to come from the Indian Subcontinent, the movie represents the daring of K. Asif to against against the odds and craft a work that can only be called a magnum opus...A beautiful score by Naushad, some of the most famous dialogues ever penned and above all, a bewitching Madhubala in colour for the first time dancing on Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya makes this movie unforgettable and haunting.
