I went into this film prepared to tolerate sub-standard effects and possible questionable translation into English. What I wasn't prepared for was a story, script, acting and direction that had me checking Flixster during the film to see if Mr.

X was a comedy. Unfortunately for those involved with the filmmaking, it is not. Fortunately for us viewers, we can pretend it is and laugh our *** off from start to finish. Funniest film of the decade!
