Review of Mr. Jones (2013) by Horrorqueen S — 25 Mar 2018

I am genuinely surprised at the poor reviews for this movie. I stumbled upon this on Netflix and took a chance. I was not disappointed. This is proof that a lot of lower-budget films are better than the crap Hollywood throws out constantly.

The concept and idea behind the story is really original. The events that occur throughout are, as well. I wanted to know what would happen to the characters, but at the same time I was so mystified by the events that were occurring and wanted to keep watching. The nighttime sequences were oddly trippy. I can see how the end would not please everyone, but I liked how it was nothing like what we would have expected. This was a good little gem and I'm glad I watched it.
