Mr. Boogedy is crap. It's jokes are terribly forced and unfunny, it is overly kid friendly, and its "scary ghost" story and villain are lame in the extreme. I can't imagine if I had seen this as a kid I would've enjoyed it.
Sadly I was forced to sit through this, and it's equally awful sequel, in class...in high school...called Street Law. No clue what the educational value in this shit was, but that teacher was constantly showing bad TV movies instead of doing his job.
