Genghis's life is not very well known so much of it is fiction. But the movie was very compelling. It tried to show why Genghis Khan became so merciless and why he is so dedicated to his wife. Both with very believable well acted/casted story.
A jewel of a movie with very non-hollywood touch that just makes good story.
