A fun and touching film. It's nice that whilst you often get social-political films that use kids as an innocent voyeur on the world around them: this film is very much about the kids who's adventure is only ever interrupted by the politics of 70s Ireland.
A nice ode to the joy of children's imagination even when they live in shitty times.
