Babri Masjid to Gujarat Riots. I felt as if I have sat through for 10 years in the cinema hall. Mausam is a colossal bore.
The first half was a fresh experience but stretched too far. Shahid delivers a great perfomance but the plot totally lets him down. Pankaj Kapur's direction falls flat at most places. He could have done better with this seriously flawed script.
Half a point for Pritam's music and half a point for the good moments in the first half. I bet. Sitting through the second half was an uneasy experience.
