Review of M*A*S*H (1970) by Landen C — 02 Jun 2008
One of the greatest films I've ever seen. Stylistically speaking, this movie is unconventional and a sarcastic poke at the Vietnam War, as later was the groundbreaking television series. I've rarely laughed harder than I do during the football game scene.
"My god, they've shot him!" "Hotlips, you blithering idiot, it's the end of the quarter." I'm a fan of the show, but I'm sorry, to me Hawkeye will always be Donald Sutherland.
