Review of Manhattan (1979) by Udayalaksmanakartiyasa H — 18 Jul 2011
The masterpiece of the romance genre. Woody Allen's screenplay is pure poetry; but at the same time it's natural. He doesn't force words into mouth, his characters talk like regular people and act like regular people (as real as you can get while staying dramatic).
It's all casual, but at the same time it's all masterful. A+.
