Review of Madras Cafe (2013) by Ajinkya P — 26 Aug 2013
I may not respect John Abraham as an actor but he sure as hell is making some really good movies rather changing the way movies are generally made in India, I don't think Vicky Donor is long forgotten.
With no songs and arguably international quality technical brilliance, this film will surely amuse Indian fans of Hollywood spy thrillers, yeah including me too. The lead actors John, Nargis played quite a decent role but the real brilliance lies in the supporting cast, hands down brilliant.
It's edgy, closer to reality, doesn't have a subplot like usual bollywood flicks. One of the best movie of this year!
