Review of Mad City (1997) by Edith N — 05 May 2009
An excellent, understated performance by Travolta carries this film - and manages to keep it somewhat afloat as it descends into an overly earnest polemic. Extremely entertaining, with great performances all around.
Nobody plays white-collar sleaze quite like Alan Alda.
