Review of Lurking Fear (1994) by Jason D — 19 Mar 2009
Lurking Fear is one of the better old school Full Moon picture out there, (though time has not been good to it at all) about a group of various characters stuck in large church next to a cursed cemetery where they are being hunted and killed by an undead family Subhumanoid underground dwellers, so USUDs instead of CHUDs.
Not too bad of a film, but I think it's really helped out by the unique cast, which is comprised of Ashley Laurence (Hellraiser 1, 2 & 6), or Ashley Lauren as she is mistakenly referred to in the credits.
The almighty Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator trilogy), and Vincent Shiavelli (Ghost) both make fun appearances in the film as well. Like I said, not a bad movie at all, especially for it being a Full Moon production.
