Sometimes there are movies with such a great cast that you almost have to check it out. Travolta still had some Pulp Fiction cred for me and you've got Tim Roth and Ed O'Neill and other actors and the premise of rigging a lottery.
All ingredients are there to make an entertaining comedy that could be similar in tone to Get Shorty. What we have instead is a total mess. Given the talent and the unmemorable outcome, this is bad. And Lisa Kudrow is awful as a leading lady.
