This Movie shows the Truth behind the Mask of the German "Wirtschaftswunder" of the 50's and on State-Capialism at all its all a filth of Greed, Corruption and excess you can't fight neither run away from it the best you can is to rush into that System and fully get involved in that so you get what you want the Film also is a wonderful Hommage on the Film Noir in particular the German Film Noir one of Fassbinders best Movies and the Couple Mario Adorf / Armin Mueller-Stahl is hillarious.
