For some reason this and his Presidents Man films barely even feature Norris. Eddie Cibrian seems to be the main focus and he is horrible. Norris makes his 5 or 6 cameo appearances but does little action.

This is just a terrible attempt at a made for cable action film period. It's so dull that you could show this to a kindergarden class and watch as they fall asleep. For completists only!
