There is something very pure about this movie about loss, longing, guilt and love. The interpretation is sober, yet full of sensitivity, intense and luminous. The decor and the music contribute to the aching feeling of longing for the loved one and to the reflective quality of the characters.
It is a movie about our humanity in its most sublime and in its most vulnerable aspects.
