This is a great film I fell in love with it before I moved to Baltimore. It takes place in late 1950's Baltimore. A Jewish boy falls in love with a black middle class girl. The movie draws you into 1950's America thru music, dress and atmosphere.
I love James Brown singing Please, Please don't go!
