A Belgium version of "Dazed and Confused" with Jean-Pierre Jeunet style. Another story that takes life and death to the weight of a feather. It shows what the district the director grew up in is like and tries to emphasize on the conflict between traditional and modern values.
But it only touches the surface unfortunately.
