Simply put, the greatest martial arts film ever.
A life-altering, mesmerizing experience which amazes me to this very day.
Completely re-invented the way martial arts films were made; for a mere budget of 500k, Donnie Yen almost completely eliminated the ill effects of undercranking (shooting a scene at something like 18 fps and playing it through at 22 fps) while still retaining lightning fast speed.
