Garbage.
It has a storyline that is so complicated that once they give you enough information to figure it out, you realize that the plot was braindead in it's simplicity and that the people who wrote this anime where braindead in telling it.
The animation isn't even that good and the character designs are largely uninspired.
Only hardcore anime fans who love anything that comes from Japan will find anything to enjoy here.
