La La Land is an incredible film. Fans of old school musicals will enjoy the homage and references the film gives. Those tired of it will appreciate the meta-self-aware approach the film has and how it finds something new to say about it.
Film buffs will enjoy the care put into the film from the cinematography, inclusion/lack of music, and meta-commentary. All of it comes together to form an incredible whole that deserves to be seen by everyone.
