Daft but enjoyable - and rather sad - film. I like Kareena, but this is not her best. On the other hand, it's the first time I've ever seen Salman act. That is actually act, rather than just appear in a film.
He almost manages to be endearing. Plot is unusual, but thin, especially the mid-story flashback sequence. And please, more Jackie Shroff with a beard!!! Whoever thought Jackie Shroff would be so sexy? I can't imagine why Kareena didn't fall for him.
