Christopher Lee as a Bond-style villain (Insert maniacal laugh here) who's plan to take over the world would please 007 - have a bevy of pretty girls kiss your enemy to death. Secluded in a secret South American jungle hideaway no one can stop his evil plan .
.. or keep him from torturing the women either. This film at least meant to be better than it is, but not really by much.
