Review of Kath & Kimderella (2012) by Joe T — 27 Sep 2012
DISREGARD all critics reviews. This movie exceeds and surpasses the expectations. Jane and GIna have out done themselves and lived up to the tv shows unique humor. The attention to detail throughout the film is spectacular, ranging from the Godfather references to the cliche green screen scenes, perhaps something the critics failed to take humor in.
Kath & Kimderella is a marvelous success which perhaps for some is considered to be uniquely Australian humor which makes it all the more comedic. Gina and Jane should be commended, as should the rest of the cast for the tremendous work and effort put into a film which will be remembered and compared to the likes of the Castle (Rob Sitch himself stars in Kath & Kimderella).
A must see for any Kath and Kim lover and for that matter, any Australian.
