Review of Ju-rei: The Uncanny (2004) by Grëg W — 25 Jun 2010
A very amateurly done japanese horror film similar to the dozens of asian horror films released in the last decade. oddly enough, the chapters are in reverse, similar to memento, except neither that or this film are very good.
basically, a group of schoolgirls discover that one of their friends was killed, and the ghost of the murdered girl is haunting the rest of them and killing them. that's literally the entire plot.
not much to really enjoy. i'm sure it will be remade even worse in america just like every other movie, though.
