Review of Jodorowsky's Dune (2013) by Matthew M — 13 Jul 2014
'Jodorowsky's Dune' instantly became one of the my favourite documentaries of all-time. My jaw was on the floor from beginning to end - never having heard of this project before. H.R. Giger! David Carradine! Pink Floyd! Salvador Dali! Every interview is fascinating, I could listen to Alejandro talk for hours and the story board sequences were outstanding. The only other thing I would've wanted to see was an interview with David Lynch. All in all, this is a top tier documentary that will stand the test of time and I hope that one day the world can see what could've been.
5/5.
